This document introduces job candidates to their rights related to the protection of their personal data. The purpose of this briefing is to inform candidates about what personal data we collect about them, why we collect it and what rights they have in relation to data protection. We also provide them with information on how they can exercise their rights


II. What is personal data

III. Who is the controller of personal data
The controller of personal data is the entity which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. In this case, as a job candidate, you have the right to know who is the controller of your personal data.- In our case, as Verisoft s.r.o., we are the controller of your personal data and are responsible for processing it in accordance with the GDPR.

- We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other legal regulations that apply to the protection of personal data.
- We process your personal data for the purpose of interviewing you for the position you have chosen and for the purpose of managing and administering our cooperation with you.
- We only process the necessary personal data that is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
- Your personal data will only be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and will not be used for other purposes.
- We will ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and that it is protected against unauthorised access or misuse.
